Warm lighting, nostalgic details, and a cozy, inviting ambiance set the mood for everything from a perfectly crafted coffee to a glass of wine or a cold beer. Equal parts classic and eclectic, The Ember Room offers a place to unwind, connect, and escape the ordinary—a little European romance, a little retro soul, and a welcoming glow that keeps the night alive.
Kindler’s Restaurant
Kindler’s is bringing a fresh take on fast-casual dining with flavorful, globally inspired bowls made with better-for-you ingredients. Built around a commitment to gluten-free, celiac-safe, and seed-oil-free food, Kindler’s was created to make healthy, satisfying food more accessible without sacrificing flavor.
We’re excited to be apart of this collaboration with Kindler’s and help bring this vision to life. Designed to complement a restaurant centered around fresh food, accessibility, and thoughtful choices, the space will give Spokane another place to gather, enjoy a great meal, and feel good about what’s on the plate.
