J-U-B Engineers
This project involved the proposed design of a new ground-up office facility for J-U-B Engineers in Post Falls. The building was planned to provide a modern, efficient workspace supporting collaboration, innovation, and continued regional growth.
The program included flexible open office areas, private offices, conference and multipurpose spaces, and employee support amenities. The design emphasized durable, contemporary materials, abundant natural light, and sustainable, energy-efficient systems to ensure long-term performance and adaptability.
